We believe that staying safe should never come with extra hassle. That's why we created a pocket-sized helmet bag that locks to your bike, so you can walk away without carrying a thing.
From idea to product
It started with a simple question: why do so few cyclists wear a helmet back home, when it feels so normal elsewhere? After a close friend's serious crash, we dug deeper and found the real problem wasn't the helmet, but the hassle of carrying it. In 2024 we talked to cyclists, ran field tests and sketched the first designs.
Altering, refining, finalizing
In 2025 we teamed up with manufacturing partners to bring the design to life. We built and tested prototype after prototype on daily commutes, city rides and trips, until the mechanism felt right. After our first riders gave their feedback, we refined the lock, the cable and the fit to make Lokko even safer and easier to use.
Showing Lokko to the world
Today, Lokko is in the hands of thousands of riders and available to order or through dealers. We're expanding across Europe's cycling cities, with reliable delivery and a stronger brand presence. Our goal is to make every ride safer, and to take Lokko to riders around the world.
